Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT)

ADG offers post weld heat treatment (PWHT) to improve weld microstructure and reduce residual stresses developed during welding. Our team of highly skilled and experienced PWHT technicians ensures that all weldments surfaces brought in for treatment will meet the specified welding code requirements and be fit for purpose. We can perform PWHT at both our own premises or at our customers’ sites.

Refurbishment of LPG Cylinder
ADG has solutions for all your cylinder’s refurbishment needs. Currently, we offer several range of coating processes; air dry coating and wet paint/oven baked process, depending on client requirement.
For the near future, ADG aim is to expand the process up to Requalification (RQ) and Recondition (RC).
